Responsibilities Welcome guests from the minute they walk in Act as a true brand ambassador by creating a positive guest experience Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served Maintain a safe and clean store environment Qualifications Must be at least 16 years or older Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required Benefits Flexible schedule – never work past 3pm (no evenings or nights) Competitive pay, plus cash and credit card tips Paid time off after 2 years of employment Employee Assistance Program – free therapy, financial advising, legal advice, and more Learn To Live – free online life coaching, webinars, and support for stress, anxiety, and more 401(k) with company match Hourly Rate: $11.00 - $17.60 per hour – starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
