Senior AP Lead II (JN -072026-426865) Scottsdale, Arizona Salary: USD70000 - USD75000 per year Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior AP Lead II to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ (North Scottsdale). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and financial reporting, with the ability to transform raw accounting data into clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities AP Department Lead providing support and guidance to AP Clerk Timely and accurate entry of all internal check requests, external vendor invoices, and bank deposits. Process invoice payments and check distributions under the guidance and approval of the Controller. Maintain files for all payables Experience with financial report writing, transforming raw AP accounting data into clear, actionable reports that highlight business performance, including what changed and why. Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred, but candidates with other ERP systems experience will be considered. Qualifications 5+ years of Senior AP experience Experience with financial reporting writing required Bachelor's in Accounting preferred Sage Intacct very highly preferred Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, during first shift hours.
