We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings. Join our growing team in Litchfield, IL.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be willing to travel to Springfield, IL a few days a week for recruits. Pay Period: WeeklyPay Rate: $19.00Paid Time off: 7 Company Paid Holidays off20 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1Year of employmentTraining provided!Job Description:Organizing and conducting recruiting events in the surrounding areas.Interviewing and recruiting associates.On-site weekly client visits.New hire orientations.Recruit and fill all job orders proactivelyPerforming basic administrative functions, as assigned.Assist with weekly payroll.Maintain weekly audits.Attend client tours.Conduct and remain compliant with all client requirements (i.e. bkg, DS, E-verify).Requirements of the Recruiter:Valid Driver's License and transportation.Good driving historyMust be ok to travel to Springfield, IL when neededStrong customer service skills.Strong computer skills.High level of professionalism.High School Diploma.Work with or without direction.Be easily trainable & adhere to team work environment.StaffQuick Internal Employee Benefits:Full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in StaffQuick’s PPO Insurance Plan, with options for enrolling family members.
