Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Hours per Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM

Experience: Minimum of 1 year

License: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Proficiency in maintaining sterile technique and anticipation of surgeon needs

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
Candidates should possess strong sterile technique and the ability to adapt to a variety of surgical specialties.
The CST will provide scrub support across multiple service lines, excluding Cardiovascular cases.
The traveler must be competent and comfortable scrubbing a variety of surgical specialties to support departmental staffing needs.
Candidates should be proficient in preparing and organizing instrumentation.
Collaboration with the perioperative team is essential to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Travelers should be experienced in scrubbing a broad range of procedures, including but not limited to Spine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.
While the primary assignment will be Spine, flexibility to work in other specialties as needed is required.
Cardiovascular scrub experience is not required, as travelers will not be assigned to Cardiovascular cases.
