Senior Technical Program Manager - Digital Platforms & Artificial Intelligence (Contract to Hire)

Now we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to help lead that journey. This isn’t a traditional IT position. It isn’t simply another software development role. It’s an opportunity to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help architect the digital foundation of a rapidly growing company while building technology that creates lasting competitive advantage. Contract-to-Hire Opportunity We believe great partnerships should be built—not rushed. This role is expected to begin as a 6-month contract engagement , providing the opportunity for both you and PowerStack Microgrids™ to ensure it’s the right long-term fit. Our objective is to transition the successful candidate into a full-time leadership position at the conclusion of the engagement based on performance, organizational fit, and mutual interest. About the Role As our Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between executive leadership, business operations, software developers, and emerging technologies. You’ll translate business strategy into scalable technology while leading the continued evolution of GouldOS™, the PowerStack Development Engine™, and future digital initiatives. Your responsibility won’t be maintaining existing software. It will be helping build the proprietary business platforms that define how our company operates for the next decade. Key Responsibilities Product & Platform Leadership Own the strategic roadmap for GouldOS™ and the PowerStack Development Engine™ Translate executive vision into business and technical requirements Develop user stories, functional specifications, and product documentation Prioritize feature enhancements and manage development backlogs Coordinate sprint planning, testing, and software releases Drive continuous improvement across our digital platforms Technical Program Management Lead multiple concurrent technology initiatives Coordinate internal stakeholders and third-party software development partners Manage schedules, priorities, risks, budgets, and deliverablesKeep initiatives moving from concept through deployment Establish scalable governance and project management processes Digital Platforms & AI Lead AI initiatives and workflow automation Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments Improve operational workflows through technology Design dashboards and business intelligence capabilities Support long-term technology strategy and platform architecture Help shape the future evolution of GouldOS™ and the PowerStack Development Engine™ Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate directly with: CEO Executive Leadership Engineering Operations Finance Sales Marketing Software Development Partners External Technology Vendors Who You Are You’re a builder. You enjoy creating systems that improve how businesses operate. You naturally think in workflows, technology, and scalable processes. You’re equally comfortable discussing business strategy with executives and technical architecture with developers. You enjoy solving complex problems, organizing ambiguity, and turning vision into execution. Required Experience 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Enterprise Software, Digital Platforms, or Software Engineering Leadership Experience leading complex software initiatives from concept through deployment Experience managing cross-functional technical teams Strong executive communication and project leadership skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth company Technical Background Strong working knowledge of many of the following: AWS Cloud Services Full-Stack Application Development Cloud Architecture REST APIs System Integrations SQL Databases AI / Large Language Models Workflow Automation Business Intelligence Agile / Scrum DevOps Concepts CI/CD Pipelines GitHub Software QA

Enterprise SaaS Platforms You do not need to be the primary software developer. However, you should understand modern software architecture, know how to ask the right technical questions, effectively lead software development efforts, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
