Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and implement site PSM programs.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement all 14 elements of OSHA's Process Safety Management standard.
• Lead preliminary hazard reviews for existing and new processes.
• Provide process-safety reviews for the MOC program.
• Participate in or lead root-cause investigations.
• Support teams implementing new products and processes.
• Provide process-safety technical assistance to site management and staff.
• Support the development of the company's best practices and design standards.
• Execute process-safety engineering projects and PHA action items.
• Work with Operations to define and resolve process-safety and design issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal groups.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of production experience and 3–7 years of experience in a similar role.
