About the Job:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for working with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operations and service standards of Red Fish Grill. We are seeking a high-energy individual to lead and motivate our talented team and build on our tradition of quality, excellence, and delicious dining.
About You:
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- High-volume experience in a quality operation is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Knowledgable in the standards and practices of service
- Can effectively open and close the physical operation
