ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER – FINE JEWELRY

Location: Santa Clara, CA | On-Site
Pay: $30–$35/hour + Bonus & Commission
Additional Pay: $300–$400/Month in Attendance & Meal Allowances
Bonus/Commission: Approximately $1,300–$1,800/Month
Team Size: Approximately 8–15 Employees
Schedule: Retail Schedule | Rotating Weekends & Holidays
Language Requirement: Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese & English

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, an internationally recognized fine jewelry company, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience at its Santa Clara location.

This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader with strong team management, sales, clienteling, and operational skills . Candidates with extensive jewelry retail management experience may be considered directly for the Branch Manager level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily branch operations and overall store performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 8–15 employees .
• Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, and customer development.
• Develop local marketing and business-development strategies.
• Monitor and improve sales, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.
• Maintain a consistently high level of personalized customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable retail regulations.
• Partner with employees, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders to support branch success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Significant retail experience , with jewelry or luxury retail strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or retail management experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong jewelry product, merchandising, marketing, and sales knowledge.
• Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage sales goals, operational priorities, and team performance.
• Understanding of retail compliance, internal controls, and risk-management practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and scheduled holidays .

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $30–$35/hour , based on experience and position level.
• Approximately $300–$400 per month in attendance and meal allowances.
• Average bonus and commission of approximately $1,300–$1,800 per month , based on branch performance.
