Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation strategies that support Leoforce and its sister companies. This role owns marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets and leads the programs, processes, and experimentation required to achieve them across the portfolio. It partners closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure consistent pipeline creation, account engagement, and conversion performance across the buyer journey. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, requiring someone who can develop scalable processes and systems while actively driving day‑to‑day initiatives and results. Essential Functions Support demand generation efforts across Leoforce and its sister companies. Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance, including funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, account engagement, and campaign ROI. Provide routing reporting and insights on pipeline attainment, source contribution, funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, gap-to-target analysis, and demand generation strategy to optimize marketing impact and revenue growth. Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across paid media, account‑based marketing (ABM), email marketing, lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, partner programs, and organic channels. Establish and optimize campaign frameworks that support multiple products, buyer personas, and market segments. Partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to build and scale ABM programs and ensure alignment across the revenue cycle. Partner with Sales and RevOps to build and scale ABM motion, including target account strategy, buying group engagement, intent and signal monitoring, account prioritization, sales alignment, and account progression measurement. Design and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across the full funnel, including inquiry, MQL, SAL, opportunity, and customer expansion stages. Develop automated nurture journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and funnel progression while reducing lead leakage, no‑response rates, and opportunity stagnation. Identify and implement AI and agentic marketing technologies to enhance campaign development, audience targeting, workflow automation, personalization, reporting, and performance optimization. Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI agents, intent and account intelligence platforms, marketing automation innovations, AI search optimization, and GTM experimentation and optimization, to inform continuous improvement. Develop a structured testing framework using a portfolio approach that balances investment across proven programs, emerging opportunities, and experimental initiatives. Lead ongoing testing of messaging, targeting, channels, content formats, and conversion paths to improve performance. Provide regular reporting on pipeline attainment, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of four (4) years of SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience. Proven success executing and managing pipeline and demand generation targets. Experience executing integrated multi‑channel campaigns. Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, work effectively in fast‑paced environments, and balance strategy with execution. Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and ABM strategies. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and performance‑management capabilities. Resourceful problem‑solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working across cross‑functional and distributed teams. Preferred Requirements Experience implementing AI‑powered marketing workflows. Experience with HubSpot or Pardot. Practical use of agentic technologies and automation platforms. Experience scaling marketing programs in high‑growth environments.
