Direct Support Professional/Caregiver – Franklin Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Franklin Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-18.00/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus (paid throughout the year and must work 20 hours per week to qualify for Bonus) Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Responsibilities Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene and household tasks Support individuals in community participation, employment and social activities Use adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment Communicate with Abound team members, families and external parties (case managers, etc.) as needed Complete documentation and maintain schedules Complete ongoing training and professional development Work flexible schedules (full‑time and part‑time opportunities) Receive weekly pay Access bonus opportunities (e.g., referral bonus) Receive paid onboarding & training Opportunity for advancement & career growth Invite to company events & opportunities to socialize with peer DSPs Medical, dental, life insurance and 401(k) eligibility based on hours worked Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal record, driving record and healthcare registry checks Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary Ability to lift as required, depending on client needs Experience working with individuals with disabilities not required – we provide paid training and support Pay & Signing Bonus Starting Pay: $16.00-18.00/hr $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer.
