Full-Time Occupational Therapist at Siloam Springs

Job Summary:

As a valued member of our rehabilitation team at Siloam Springs Health and Rehab, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. Located in beautiful Siloam Springs, Arkansas, our facility has been a haven of healing and serenity for the local community for many years. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation potential

• Provide expert therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including but not limited to neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions

• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and rehabilitation strategies

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a passion for learning and growth

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
