Overview

Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston is growing and looking to add a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to our team!We’re seeking candidates with a proven track record in direct, customer-facing sales. Success in this role requires consistency, coachability, and a commitment to mastering the sales process over time.This is not a short-term opportunity; top earners in automotive sales build their success through experience, skill development, and long-term growth within the dealership.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive modelsProspect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral businessStay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customersSet and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications
