Nursing Home Van Driver

Accela Springfield is looking for a dependable and resident-focused Van Driver to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes safety seriously, and brings a warm, positive attitude to every ride. Schedule Mon-Friday 8a-4p Key Responsibilities for Van Driver: Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and outings. Assist residents as needed when entering or exiting the vehicle. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of the facility vehicle. Follow all traffic laws, facility policies, and resident safety protocols. Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff. Complete mileage logs, maintenance checklists, and trip documentation. Qualifications for Van Driver: Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior experience driving a passenger van or working in long-term care is a plus. Reliable, patient, and comfortable interacting with older adults.
