This is a hospital-based Urology assignment with a strong need for coverage across multiple dates from July through December , with 24-hour call coverage starting in August . The facility is looking for a provider who can step in quickly and is comfortable with a busy clinical and OR setting.

Clinical Expectations The provider should be comfortable with the following procedures and responsibilities:

• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Laser lithotripsy
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> TURP
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> TURBT
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Flexible cystoscopy
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Optional / preferred: TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy

The practice includes:

• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Around 20 patients per day in clinic
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> 3 4 surgeries per day in the OR
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Night beeper call on some scheduled clinic days
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Average callback of 2 6 hours per day
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Support from 2 permanent physicians
• p :pt-0 &> p :mb-2 &> p :my-0'> Robotics available, though not required

Schedule Snapshot The current schedule includes several full 24-hour call dates and some clinic days with evening call coverage. The client is looking for someone flexible and ready to cover both clinic and call needs as required.
