Medical Assistant
Michigan Institute of Urology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Dearborn. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a rewarding career in a specialty medical practice.
Schedule • Monday through Friday • Start time between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM • End time between 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM (latest) • Approximately 8.5-hour shifts • 40 hours per week • No weekends
Position Summary
As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our providers and delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced urology practice. Responsibilities include assisting with patient intake, rooming patients, documenting clinical information, preparing for procedures, and supporting daily clinical operations.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required • New graduates are encouraged to apply (externship must be completed) • Comfortable assisting with preparation for urological procedures • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment • Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused attitude
