Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Ardmore, OK Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain function. You will also assist with clinic operations while working closely with a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

• Support daily clinic operations and management responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
