Customer and Sales Support Advisor

Salary: £31,500 plus yearly bonus and monthly commission Location: Slough, Berkshire Our client is seeking an experienced Customer and Sales Support Advisor to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading organisation supplying premium products within a prestigious and luxury market. This role would suit a customer-focused individual with previous sales support or customer service experience, who enjoys building relationships, identifying sales opportunities and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The role: Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound enquiries from business customers and existing clients, processing orders and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products where appropriate. You will also support outbound promotional campaigns and help maintain strong customer relationships. Duties include: Answering a high volume of inbound calls from business customers and existing clients Managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships Producing sales analysis reports Making outbound calls to existing customers Contacting lapsed accounts to rebuild customer relationships Making focused outbound calls to promote promotional stock Processing customer orders accurately Handling customer queries and providing outstanding customer service Upselling promotional and new products where appropriate Completing general administration duties Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm One late shift each Monday on a rotating basis (11:30am – 7:30pm) Experience/skills required: Previous customer service experience with upselling and cross-selling responsibilities Previous sales support or account management experience Highly motivated with a positive attitude Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and administrative skills Why apply?
