Senior Associate- Rewards Product

Job summary As a Senior Associate in the rewards servicing platform team, you will define and deliver product requirements that improve the rewards servicing experience for servicing specialists. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business needs into clear requirements, and partner closely with technology teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies. You will collaborate across stakeholders to align scope, manage dependencies, and support successful delivery through implementation and measurement. Job responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and servicing specialist needs Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Maintain and manage work items in Jira throughout the product development lifecycle Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Partner with design and technology teams to support discovery, solution definition, and delivery planning Analyze customer, operational, and business inputs to identify and size enhancement opportunities Drive delivery from discovery through implementation, launch, and post-launch measurement Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and status to stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate delivery expectations across partners Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 3+ years of product management experience delivering software or platform capabilities Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog and translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Experience managing work in Jira, including creating and maintaining epics, stories, and acceptance criteria Experience working in Agile delivery environments and participating in standard Agile ceremonies Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and support delivery execution Ability to communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery status clearly to cross-functional stakeholders Experience analyzing operational or customer workflows to identify improvement opportunities Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting servicing, contact center, or operations-facing platforms and workflows Experience working with product roadmaps, delivery planning, and dependency management across teams Experience defining success metrics and supporting post-launch measurement and continuous improvement Familiarity with service design concepts, journey mapping, or workflow optimization Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
