Certified Hand Therapist, OT or PT Outpatient Clinic
Join a highly regarded outpatient hand therapy practice, working one-on-one with patients and side by side with hand surgeons.
Must-Haves
- Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure
- Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or a qualifying Physical Therapy degree
- Comfort practicing independently
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy
- Evaluate and treat upper extremity injuries and conditions
- Build personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with hand surgeons and other providers
- See about 11 to 12 patients per day in 30 to 60-minute sessions
- Document care in NextTech, with admin time built into the day
Nice-to-Haves
- 2+ years of hand therapy or upper extremity experience
- Splinting and custom orthotic fabrication expertise
- Interest in future leadership
Compensation and Benefits
- $60 to $68 per hour
