Master's degree preferred.* Project and program management experience. Specifically, experience managing complex programs and projects in a complex environment.* At least 6 years of relevant experience required; healthcare experience preferred.* Training or experience in Project Management* Expertise in Emergency Preparedness planning* Ability to become deeply knowledgeable regarding local, state, and national safety regulations and standards, including knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines and relevant industry specific regulations.* Strong analytical skills to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop effective safety strategies.* Keen eye for detail to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, consensus building skills* Ability to effectively educate and motivate employees to adhere to safety guidelines* Maturity and operational problem solving/decision making experience* Ability to function effectively in stressful and complex situations* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications* Works well in a matrixed team environment* This is an on-site role at CDH for the first 90 days. After that time, this role can have 1 remote day* May be required to attend meetings outside of regularly scheduled hours and is available by pager/cell phone outside of normal business hours.* May be required to report to Mass General Brigham entities outside of normal business hours to manage events that require emergency management support.* This role has an on-call component where this role will be on call for 1 week/month for 24/7.
