Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to lead crew relations, performance management, and HR initiatives aboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel. You will partner with shipboard leaders, support change management, and drive learning and development for Crew and Officers. You will report to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard) and operate at Level: 2 ½ Stripes, with a focus on delivering a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at sea. #J-18808-Ljbffr
