Job Title: Industrial Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to test and evaluate integrated systems for managing manufacturing processes. This position involves analyzing human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. The role requires collaboration with production leaders and personnel to coordinate continuous improvement and lean initiatives across all facilities, aligning with global programs.

• Facilitate work teams to enhance production operations, aiming for efficiency and profitability.
• Track process improvement strategies, objectives, milestones, and metrics.
• Review production schedules, work orders, engineering specifications, and related information.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, design cost-saving methods, and determine the effects of process changes on costs and quality.
• Create and maintain work instructions.
• Implement methods and systems to ensure effective and efficient inventory levels, reducing working capital.
• Communicate best practices throughout the organization.

The position operates in both office and production environments. The company offers a family-like atmosphere within a medium-sized, globally active organization, specializing in manufacturing bottling systems for the brewing and food industries.

This is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
