Licensed Practical Nurse – School-Based

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Requirements:

• Washington LPN license
• School-based nursing experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to students in a school setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document students' health statuses and progress.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to promote students' well-being.
• Educate students and staff about health-related topics.

Compliance / Notes:

• Licenses/credentials in-hand with submission preferred; if not in-hand, must be issued prior to start.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccine statuses are unknown.
