Responsibilities Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention. Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust. Your product knowledge helps turn first time visitors into loyal customers! Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment. Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized. You bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, while keeping the customer experience as the top priority. Confidently support POS and MPOS transactions, creating a seamless and efficient checkout experience while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and elevated customer engagement. Whether at the register or completing a transaction on the floor, you ensure the final touchpoint of the customer journey feels as intentional as the first. Experience in retail, sales or the service industry A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
