While previous dewatering experience is valuable, we are seeking an experienced construction leader capable of developing a high-performing operation and driving long-term growth.Competitive compensation is offered based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Division Manager to oversee all aspects of a growing dewatering operation. This position will provide leadership across operations, estimating, project management, client relationships, business development, and field execution while establishing processes that support sustainable growth.The ideal candidate has experience leading self-perform construction operations within heavy civil, utilities, environmental, or specialty contracting and is comfortable building teams, developing client relationships, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Project Scope• Construction dewatering systems• Groundwater control and bypass pumping• Wellpoint systems• Deep wells and eductor systems• Municipal infrastructure projects• Underground utilities• Heavy civil construction• Water and wastewater infrastructureKey Responsibilities• Lead daily operations of the dewatering division• Develop and execute growth strategies for the division• Manage project managers, superintendents, and field personnel• Oversee estimating, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation• Develop client relationships with contractors, municipalities, and engineers• Support business development and project pursuits throughout Texas• Review contracts, budgets, schedules, and project performance• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability objectives• Develop operating procedures and best practices for the division• Recruit, mentor, and develop technical and field personnelQualifications • 8+ years of construction management or operations leadership experience• Experience leading self-perform construction operations• Strong background in heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, environmental, or specialty contracting• Experience managing budgets, schedules, personnel, and project execution• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills• Ability to build and grow a division within a fast-paced environmentPreferred Experience• Dewatering or groundwater control experience• Underground utility construction• Municipal infrastructure projects• Water and wastewater construction• TxDOT or public works experience• Business development and client relationship management• P&L responsibility and operational leadershipCompensation & Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience• Performance-based bonus opportunities• Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage• 401(k)• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance• Paid Time OffWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to build something rather than simply manage an existing operation.
