Lead Customer Service Representative

• Shift: Sunday & Monday 4:45am - 1:45pm

Wednesday - Thursday 1:00pm-10pm

Off Friday-Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Directly organize and supervise day-to-day operations and activities of a customer service team.
• Maintain daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports.
• Complete team reports as required.
• Identify and analyze escalated problems and provide guidance to direct reports for resolution.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 4 years of experience in customer service role troubleshooting and handling complex transactions with 1-year team lead experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Details: $26.50 per hour
