Youll support attorneys and staff across multiple offices oversee workflow and training and keep the practice group running smoothly. You will THRIVE in this role if you have:3 years of trusts and estates paralegal or fiduciary administration experience (required)Strong knowledge of estate planning trust administration probate and related legal processesA collaborative solutions-oriented approach and a desire to mentor othersExperience supervising or managing legal support staffExcellent communication organization and project management skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel) and relevant legal tech toolsThis Practice Manager role blends strategic oversight and hands-on legal work.
