If you have experience with CNC laser equipment, blueprint reading, and quality inspections, we'd love to hear from you.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC fiber laser equipment to produce precision sheet metal componentsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work ordersSet up equipment and load materials for production runsMonitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform inspections using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring toolsIdentify and report quality concerns or non-conforming partsComplete production and quality documentationPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience operating CNC fiber laser equipment or similar fabrication machineryAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safetyPreferred QualificationsSheet metal fabrication experienceForklift certification or experienceFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesWhy You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive Pay: $22-$26 per hour Monday-Friday Schedule Opportunity for Permanent Employment Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Upon Hire 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Supportive Team Environment Career Growth Opportunities
