Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by clinic protocol
• Float to other clinic locations as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours beyond the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet clinic productivity standards in an outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in orthopedics
• Experience with high-volume patient caseloads and double-booking workflows
