Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital/OMH

Shift Requirements: 12hr Days; every other weekend; holiday rotation

Float Requirements: As needed to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other units

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, WI RN

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience as LDRP RN required - At least 1 travel contract completed required, NICU training required.

Charting Experience Required: EPIC

Required Skillset: Triage and evaluate patients - circulating in the OR

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 36 bed unit, mother baby, birthing, Patient ratio 1:1 Labor, 1:3 Anti-Partum, 1:3 Mom baby couplets

Case Types: Levels 1 thru 3

Hard worker, Independent, Articulate, Resilient and Manages Change well, Flexible, Social candidates

Scrub Colors: Any

Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
