Job Details Title: Delinea EPM Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Full Time Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Delinea EPM / CyberArk EPM Endpoint security and privilege management Windows endpoint architecture Active Directory / Entra ID Policy‑based access control Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow integrations Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred) Functional Skills Incident & Problem Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Production support (L2/L3) Change and release management Responsibilities Develop and enhance software solutions for Delinea EPM. Understand product requirements and design. Investigate problems and support the entire software development lifecycle. Facilitate root‑cause analysis and improve system performance and availability. Convert client requirements into feasible designs and collaborate with functional teams. Engage with project managers to clarify software capabilities. Code, test and optimize software modules. Assess operational feasibility and evaluate requirements. Automate validation processes by designing and executing test cases. Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, and enhance performance. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on programming projects. Ensure code quality and compliance with project standards. Maintain status reporting and customer focus. Gather and clarify client requirements for quality delivery. Solicit feedback to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Update training on best practices and new programming languages. Document and demonstrate solutions through diagrams and code comments. Manage customer communication and deliver prompt responses. Deliverables Continuous integration, deployment & monitoring of software (100 % error‑free onboarding & implementation, throughput, schedule adherence). Quality and CSAT: on‑time delivery, software management, query troubleshooting, customer experience, and completion of required certifications. Management Information System & reporting (100 % on‑time). Mandatory Skills Experience with Delinea Secret Server PAM, 5–8 years of relevant experience. Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $135,000. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
