The posted compensation range of $62.33 - $72.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide essential assessment and therapy to individuals with various functional challenges. Every day, you will conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted therapy, including providing education to patients and their support networks. Your goal is to restore functional abilities and reduce or prevent long-term limitations, helping individuals reach their maximum potential. You will also coordinate closely with other disciplines and implement relevant programs under general direction, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to care. To be successful in this role, you will possess a current license/certification in a relevant specialty and clinical experience in assessing and treating functional impairments. You will demonstrate exceptional diagnostic, therapeutic, and communication skills, capable of developing individualized treatment plans and effectively educating individuals.

Required:

• Masters Other Speech Pathology or Communicative Disorders, upon hire and
• Speech Language Pathologist: CA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Preferred:

• One year experience with a variety of patient diagnoses including but not limited to aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia and cognitive impairment
