Software Engineer - Tristero About the Position: We’re on the lookout for clever, early stage software engineers. At Tristero we build high performance distributed systems, and our engineers play a pivotal role in the company’s success. We do a lot of systems design/implementation - primarily in golang. About You: Autodidactic : You thrive on self-guided learning and exploration. Assertive : You are confident in voicing your thoughts on alternative approaches. Systems-Oriented : You understand the broader impact of your code on the system as a whole. Intrapersonal Skills : You want to be part of a small, high-caliber team. Helpful Qualifications: You've recently graduated from a top engineering school (or are willing to drop out) Experience in golang, python, or rust Familiarity with cryptography or crypto-L2s Exposure to devops, statistics, and system architecture While helpful, we don’t require you to have experience with systems-design, golang, or crypto; we’re happy to hire clever engineers and support them.
