The Enterprise Solutions Technology division includes workflow solutions across Lending, Reg & Compliance, Global Markets and Software business. Enterprise Solutions provides industry-leading integrated tools, solutions and data services that help clients make efficient investment decisions, operate with greater efficiency, and provide transparency across their business and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Expand experience with modern cutting‑edge technologies such as DevOps and cloud technologies.
- Willingness to learn and master new technologies.
- End‑to‑end architecture and design.
- Play a key role in the development team to build high‑quality, high‑performance, scalable and resilient systems.
- Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs.
- Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to and resolve internal and client‑raised issues.
- Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth.
- Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
- Attend project calls (internal and with client) as required.
Compensation & Benefits
US candidates only: Base salary range $180,000 – $220,000, adjusted for location, experience, skill set, training and certifications. Eligible for an annual incentive plan. Technical Skills
- Architecture strategy definition and design, embedding AI/ML agentic AI and semantic models into platforms.
- Experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, specifically in Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of data mesh, ontologies (FIBO, ISDA CDM, ISO20022), and multi‑agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of modern platform architecture: cloud‑native, modular, federated architectures.
- Strong abstraction and modeling skills, integrating semantic models into data mesh and ensuring interoperability across domains.
- Knowledge of real‑time, event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, event sourcing).
- DevOps and cloud engineering skills: AWS ECS, Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of secure, compliant architectures and access control for ML services.
- Knowledge of ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
- 18+ years experience in software development or related fields, with at least 6 years in architecture and design.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- High energy and self‑starter attitude.
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems is preferred.
- Expertise in data management technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL).
- Background in leveraging cloud technologies.
- Ability to handle both front‑end and back‑end development.
Management Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and prioritization. Must be a people leader and possess people management skills.
Location
Hybrid: Requires presence in the NewYorkCity office 2–3 days a week.
