Lead Product Manager, Legal Technology, OCLO

The Lead Product Manager, Legal Technology, Office of the Chief Legal Officer (OCLO) leads product initiatives to provide innovative, practical, and cost‑effective technology solutions that advance the strategic goals of OCLO and enhance the efficiency of its legal teams. The position requires high autonomy and decisive judgment. Essential Job Functions Identify opportunities to leverage technology to achieve OCLO strategic objectives in collaboration with OCLO offices and FINRA business units. Partner with business and technology sponsors to build business cases that secure funding for initiatives. Oversee and manage OCLO technology products in collaboration with FINRA Technology, ensuring completion within budget and schedule. Define and facilitate the program governance structure, report project status, and identify risks, issues, and key decision points. Represent and collaborate with business units across the full project lifecycle. Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, review and prioritization of business requirements, cross‑functional user acceptance testing, and change‑management planning. Drive onboarding of OCLO offices to FINRA’s technology tools and platforms to increase operational efficiency. Promote adoption of advanced reporting and analytics tools for decision making. Evaluate third‑party solutions and lead vendor engagement from selection through implementation. Oversee ongoing service delivery to ensure compliance with legal agreements and performance standards. Define and manage processes that align business and technology functions to improve communication and information sharing. Represent OCLO on enterprise technology initiatives, working groups, and special projects. Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years in operations and complex project management required. Required skills: strong organizational capabilities, ability to administer multiple complex assignments, planning and implementation of efficient business and system solutions for legal, risk, and compliance areas, familiarity with advanced reporting and analytics tools, and excellent verbal and written communication. Working Conditions Hybrid work environment with defined in‑person presence; occasional travel and extended hours may be required. Salary Salary ranges vary by location (e.g., CO/FL/TX: $111,400–$202,100; IL/PA: $122,800–$222,400; MA/MD/VA/WA/DC: $128,000–$232,500; NY/NJ: $128,000–$242,600).
