Account Executive, Point of Care - Los Angeles

The Opportunity As an Account Executive, Point of Care, you will lead the charge in delivering world‑class Diagnostic POC solutions to hospitals and integrated healthcare systems. You will manage a strategic territory, driving growth for industry‑leading products including Blood Gas, EPOC, and IT Solutions. In this role, you aren’t just selling equipment; you are providing the clinical tools that enable faster, more accurate patient care decisions at the bedside. Responsibilities Direct and indirect sales of the POC portfolio (Blood Gas, EPOC, IT Solutions) across high‑volume hospital segments. Develop and execute penetration strategies for the hospital POC market through direct and distribution channels. Manage growth forecasts and sales funnels to ensure the highest level of service and goal achievement. Deliver on strategic imperatives established by senior leadership to maintain our market‑leading position. Qualifications 5+ years of successful capital sales experience (direct and/or channel partnership). Deep experience selling complex capital equipment within the hospital market. Familiarity with Miller Heiman or SPIN sales methodologies. Strong preference for experience in Point‑of‑Care, respiratory, or clinical lab diagnostic products. High‑level presentation skills with the ability to inspire distribution partners and stakeholders. Benefits Compensation includes variable pay; the target range is $70,000 with additional bonuses based on performance. Actual payouts vary. 20 days of paid time off, plus 9 company holidays and 2 personal holidays. 401(k) plan with up to 6% company match. Tuition reimbursement and dedicated career development plans. Opportunity to participate in share‑matching program. Base Pay Range: $93,600 – $128,700. Factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience may affect starting pay. Commission eligibility and terms are in accordance with the Company’s plan.
