The position is in Rockville Maryland. Qualified candidates will possess: Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy American Board of Urology certified or Board-Eligible (within 5 years of completing residency) An interest in oncology a plus Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent skills in maintaining highly confidential information Skilled in compiling clinical documentation in a timely manner Experience working with an electronic medical record preferred Strong clinical background and business acumen Must have strong interpersonal skills and be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels. Successful track record in primary care and specialty integration in a multispecialty group practice environment Successful record of leading quality initiatives in a group practice setting. Working knowledge and experience in practice leadership in a population health/medical home environment All interested physicians must exhibit dedication to support, grow and develop the Medical Group.
