Our Analytics Platform team plays a crucial role in ensuring that data is a key driver of decision‑making and performance evaluation. Key facts Location: Spain Engagement: Full-time Team: Analytics Platform What you'll do Create and implement analytical datasets, metrics, and semantic models that facilitate self-service analytics across the organization. Engage in hands‑on data warehouse modeling to adapt to changing product and business requirements, developing scalable and reusable data structures. Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into reliable data models and reporting outputs. Develop and maintain production dashboards using Tableau, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a unified source of truth. Enhance data quality, observability, lineage, and documentation to build trust and minimize urgent issues. Promote the reuse of reporting logic by refining ad‑hoc SQL and reporting views into high‑quality, curated models for multiple teams. Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, testing, automation, and practical architectural enhancements. Treat analytics with engineering rigor, applying version control, testing, automation, and CI/CD practices to manage business logic effectively. Foster self‑service capabilities by establishing frameworks that empower analysts and business users to explore data independently. Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams, working together on shared foundations and comprehensive delivery. Requirements Proficient in SQL with demonstrable experience in creating analytical datasets and metrics within a modern data warehouse, preferably Snowflake (experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or similar is also valuable). Strong grasp of data warehouse modeling principles, including dimensional modeling, fact/dimension design, and semantic consistency. Familiarity with reporting and BI tools, especially Tableau, and an understanding of how data sources and dashboard logic affect accuracy and performance. A production‑oriented mindset that values reliability, maintainability, documentation, and operational ownership. Excellent collaboration and ownership skills, capable of navigating ambiguous challenges and working effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams. Strong communication abilities with a focus on problem‑solving. Nice to have Experience with orchestration and workflow tools, such as Airflow. Knowledge of data cataloging, lineage, and governance tools (e.g., DataHub). Background in environments driven by product‑led experimentation or rapid growth, where definitions frequently evolve. Experience supporting downstream operational consumers, including CRM or audience platforms, as well as ML and feature engineering use cases. Familiarity with streaming or event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka). Practical notes Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
