- Coordinate all stages of credit processing—from client outreach and document collection through application, approval, closing, and onboarding.
- Facilitate renewals, modifications, and annual reviews to maintain relationship quality and prevent asset attrition.
- Identify lending opportunities within existing client relationships and introduce additional bank products to meet client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence across all credit functions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in lending, credit administration, and/or banking.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- High initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- NMLS registration upon hire.
- Competitive base salary: $30.29 - $43.27/HR , plus strong bonus potential.
- 401(k) plan with employer match.
- Paid parking and transportation benefits.
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:
- Health savings accounts (HSA)
- Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
