Position Type: Temporary/Seasonal Employees/ Summer Rubbish Collectors Date Posted: 2/10/2026 POSITION Temporary Rubbish Collectors Solid Waste Department April 1, 2026 – December 5, 2026 $20.00 to $22.00 per hour; 40 hours/week (6:45 AM – 2:45 PM) JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform heavy physical labor associated with solid waste collection, operations, grounds keeping and sorting duties in all types of weather conditions. QUALIFICATIONS Approved steel toe safety boots are required. This position is not subject to "pick up and go home."
