Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs. \n
- Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, actively engaging them in monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process. \n
- Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or face logistical challenges in attending in-person meetings. \n
- Maintain precise documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to meet ethical guidelines and organizational standards. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic practices. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse population ranging from children to adults, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your empathetic and non-judgmental approach will be essential in building a trusting relationship with each client, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster safe and supportive therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards the experiences and challenges faced by clients. \n
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload and various administrative tasks efficiently. \n

- Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting providing therapy services. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms used for virtual therapy sessions. \n
- Comfort with a diverse range of mental health issues and treatment modalities. \n

- Attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
