The ideal candidate is confident yet intuitive and discreet. Someone who can “read the room,” knowing when to step in with guidance and when to give the family space to bond and grow. A true baby expert who can support the parents, answer questions, and offer suggestions will be an incredible asset during these first months. Job Synopsis Primary responsibilities will focus on all newborn-related care, ensuring the baby’s environment is safe, clean, and organized. Duties include assisting with feeding, maintaining a tidy, peaceful nursery, supporting healthy sleep and feeding routines, and providing gentle guidance during these special first months as a family. The family would also value an NCS who feels comfortable recommending and ordering organic and green baby products, sharing helpful resources, and educating them as they navigate life with their newborn. The schedule will be 24/7 care from around October16 until December10 or19. If you are able to travel to Europe, this will be an additional month or two of work. The rate for this position is$55–$75 per hour, depending on experience.
