Ryder is hiring an Inventory Clerk/Problem Solver in Port Deposit, Maryland. This full‑time position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour Schedule: First Shift Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 am–6:00 pm, every other Wednesday 6:00 am–6:00 pm Equipment & Tools Cherry Pickers Order Pickers Pallet Jacks Forklifts, etc. Benefits Weekly pay Paid training and support Medical, dental, vision, 401 K starting at 30 days Paid time off Company 401 K match 15 % employee discount on high‑valued stock Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, electronics, etc. Safety gear provided Safety‑first leadership Focus on continuous improvement Responsibilities Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits Audit inbound and outbound shipments Participate in physical inventories as needed Support Operation Supervisors and associates with inventory issues Resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One year or more warehouse experience Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment Basic arithmetic skills May be required to obtain equipment certification, depending on location Job may require additional screening, motor‑vehicle records check, or background checks.
