Autism Health Services (AHS) is growing, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Worcester team. Whether you already have ABA experience or are interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and young people with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan Teaching communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills Implementing behavior‑support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA Collecting accurate data during sessions Completing timely and accurate session documentation Participating in social skills and other clinical programming Collaborating with BCBAs, fellow Behavior Technicians, families, and the AHS clinical team Maintaining a safe, positive, professional, and engaging environment for our clients No RBT Certification Yet? What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required At least 18 years old Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working actively with children Able to follow clinical instructions and accept coaching and feedback Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time Experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, education, childcare, behavioral health, or ABA is preferred but not required Current RBT certification is highly valued Must successfully complete required background checks Pay $24.00–$27.00 per hour with active RBT certification Starting pay is based on relevant experience, education, ABA experience, and active RBT certification. Experienced BTs and currently certified RBTs may qualify for higher starting rates within the range. Why Join Autism Health Services?
