Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor

Baxter seeks a Logistics Supervisor to manage third-party logistics operations onsite at a warehouse facility in York, Pennsylvania. The role involves overseeing 3PL supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain workflows, and serving as the primary escalation point for inventory, orders, and shipping issues.

Responsibilities

Manage onsite 3PL operations and ensure service levels meet requirements
Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and costs
Monitor KPIs and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular audits
Lead cross-functional coordination with order management, sales, manufacturing, and transportation
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews with 3PL partner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
5-7 years of related supply chain or logistics experience
Strong data analysis and business acumen skills
Excellent communication across organizational levels and geographies
Project management and problem-solving capabilities
Negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
Proficiency with KPI monitoring and analytical tools

Compensation: $72,000-$91,000 base annually
