With a focus on patient-centered care, you'll be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in your practice while contributing to our clinic's mission.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough initial assessments of each patient, including reviewing medical histories, identifying functional limitations, and setting realistic goals for rehabilitation.Create individualized plans of care based on assessment findings that align with the patients' objectives and overall health improvements.Engage with patients to explain their treatment journey, emphasizing the importance of a collaborative approach to rehabilitation where patients actively commit to their care plans.Implement evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercises, education, and manual therapy techniques to facilitate healing and recovery.Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services and care provided to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.Patient Population / Client FocusYour expertise will primarily serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. The meaningful relationships you build while providing empathetic care will help patients navigate their rehabilitation journey, enhancing their physical function and overall well-being.QualificationsPossess a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a reputable and accredited institution.Hold a current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.Maintain a clean practice record with no prior board actions or disciplinary measures.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.Preferred ExperienceDemonstrate proficiency in manual therapy techniques.Showcase skills in developing comprehensive exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.Exhibit successful outcomes from previous work with orthopedic populations.Compensation and BenefitsAt Motion Masters Physical Therapy, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
