PT Sales Associate - Seasonal-2

Responsibilities Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal sales goals. Create memorable customer experiences using strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge. Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues. Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Collaborate with the team to support visual and operational aspects of the role, including loss prevention. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Strong personal selling and customer‑relations skills, with excellent verbal and written communication. Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts. Ability to lift at least 40lbs and perform physical tasks such as carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods. Resourceful, collaborative team player with a sense of humor.
