The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Lead Licensed Plumber who can deliver exceptional service while helping elevate the performance of the entire team.

This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys solving challenging problems, supporting teammates, and leading by example.
What You'll Do

• Complete residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing issues
• Train, coach, and mentor fellow plumbers
• Participate in and help facilitate weekly training sessions
• Conduct ride-alongs and share best practices
• Set the standard for workmanship, customer service, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits
Earnings Potential

• $35 - $45 hourly based on experience
• Uncapped performance incentives and spiffs

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Typical start time: 7:30 AM
• Most days conclude between 4:30-5:00 PM
• Hours may vary based on service demand, but reasonable schedules are a priority
• On-call responsibilities end at 9:00 PM
• Leadership actively supports employees having time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work

Qualifications
Required

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Desire to mentor and develop other technicians
• Indiana plumbing license
• Comfortable leading ride-alongs and training opportunities

Experience With

• Drain systems
• Water heater installations
• Drain cleaning equipment and machines
• PEX, copper, and PVC piping systems
