THE POSITION

Clean homes either solo or with a teammate

Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services

Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas

Deliver a five-star customer experience every time

Take before and after photos to show case your work

Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

WHO YOU ARE

Cleaning experience is a must

Must be willing to drive to job locations

Your own cleaning supplies is a plus

Strong communication skills are a MUST

Good people skills, cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing

COMPENSATION

We pay $15-$20 per hour

Tips are common (Cash or Venmo)

Bonus structure for extra earning potential

Paid the same day for every job you complete

Clean residential and commercial properties.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
Arrive at every job on time and in proper work attire.
Treat clients, coworkers, and customers’ property with respect.
Report damages, missing supplies, or customer concerns immediately.
Complete each cleaning assignment to company quality standards.
