This isn’t just another nursing job — it’s a chance to be part of something meaningful, in a collaborative, compassionate environment!What You'll Do:Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, Facility Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.Requirements:Must possess valid LVN license.Must have at least 2 years of experienceMust comply with HHSC immunization requirements.Must pass drug screen, background check & fingerprintingMust complete facility and HHSC required training.Schedule:2:00 PM - 10:00 PMSunday - SaturdayNote: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
